Tafsir of Ayat Raba from the point of view of Fariqin commentators

Usury is considered one of the major sins in Islam. The importance of this research is that it has discussed and investigated the truth of riba from the perspective of foreign commentators. The hypothesis of this research is based on the principle that the commentators of Fariqin have voted for the sanctity of usury based on the verses. This research is in terms of practical purpose, in terms of descriptive-analytical nature, in terms of qualitative data type, and in terms of data collection method, documentary and library method. The author has tried to discover and extract the causes and factors of the prohibition of riba according to the verses of the Holy Quran and the opinions of foreign commentators and has reached the following results:

1. There are two points of view regarding the prohibition of usury; The point of view that regards the sanctity of usury as a burden and the point of view that raises gradually. Among the proponents of the progressive view based on a view of usury in three stages, it is sanctioned; The first stage is hatred, the second stage is implicit sanction and the third stage is the declaration of sanctity.

2. According to another point of view, usury is sanctioned in four stages; First, expression of hatred and disgust, second, implicit boycott, third partial boycott; Gross extortion and the fourth sanction in a general and definitive way.

3. The factors and causes of respect for usury are fighting oppression, promoting good deeds and preventing stagnation, moral, psychological, social and economic harm.
