Abstract
The socio-political status of women as half of human society has experienced many ups and downs throughout history; In such a way that in some historical periods we are faced with feminism and in others with patriarchy. According to the socio-political status of women, their socio-political activities have also faced ups and downs and various attitudes have been formed in this field. Islamic religion in three parts; Beliefs, ethics, jurisprudence and law have paid attention to the individual and social life of man and have discussed the "musts and don'ts" about it. He also has a special point of view about women's social political activities, which can be obtained from studying and examining the teachings of this religion and the works and thoughts of Muslim scholars.
Based on the findings of this research, which was carried out with a descriptive analytical method in library documents, three points of view can be generally observed about women's social political activities: 1) extremist and similarity-oriented point of view; 2) excessive and strict point of view; 3) moderate and different view. Among the three mentioned points of view, the one that seems reasonable and logical and has more compliance with the teachings of Islam is the moderate and differentiating point of view.
