Youth is one of the most sensitive periods in a person's life. The sensitivity of this era is in the presence of various characteristics that are very prominent in the existence of young people. Knowing these characteristics has a fundamental role for the guardians of education, and using the capacity of these characteristics creates capabilities so that a more correct program is put on the agenda for the youth. This article seeks to answer the question, "What are the characteristics of young people from the perspective of the Qur'an, hadiths and educational sciences, and what is their educational role?" The method of this article is analytical and descriptive, the collection of information is also in the form of a library. The findings of the research can be listed as follows: 1- From the perspective of the Qur'an, a young man has characteristics such as religious and spiritual orientation, a young man full of physical strength, beauty-seeking, soft-heartedness and flexibility of a young man. 2- Characteristics such as a receptive and prone mind, possessing talent and intellectual abilities, little knowledge, sensitivity and quick-tempered youth can be inferred from narrations. 3- In educational sciences for young people, characteristics such as: intense psychological tension, independence, participation, young desire, outburst of instincts, groupism, the existence of maximum sexual instinct and moral changes can be listed.
