Abstract
The model of education and training refers to a special symbol and style of transferring knowledge and nurturing the talents of learners, which is done by the teacher. Considering that education is a voluntary, selective process and the influence of the teacher on the teacher, it can be said that there are many models in this field. But the model emphasized in the Holy Quran is different from other models of education in terms of its nature, form and implementation methods. There are many cases and examples in the Holy Qur'an that can be used to derive the model of Islamic education, but in verses 60 to 82 of Surah Kahf, which is the story of Moses and Khidr, a special model of education has been introduced. The purpose of this research is to examine the elements and characteristics of the Qur'anic model of education with an emphasis on the story of Khizr and Musa and to provide an answer to the question of what features are there in the story of Musa and Khizr for the teacher, trainer and educational system. The obtained results show that in this story, the teacher must be available to the teacher and his peers, the teacher must be ready to accept difficulties and respect the teacher in the process of education and always try to be his companion and follower. An educational content emphasized by the Qur'an should also have characteristics such as being divine, being growth-oriented, multi-stage, and prioritizing cultivation over education.
