Abstract
Islam has always sought the individual and collective happiness of humans, and this issue has been expressed in various ways in the Quran and narrations. Human individual and collective happiness depends on the provision of cognitive and volitional factors, with the realization of which, certain attractions and repulsions arise in the human soul, and with the emergence of those principles, the desire for righteous deeds is provided in him. For human happiness and prosperity, moral scholars have introduced a set of guidelines in the form of moral dos and don'ts, which are derived from Quranic verses and narrations of the Ahlul Bayt (AS). In this article, an attempt has been made to examine a number of moral virtues using a descriptive and analytical method and by referring to verses and narrations. The purpose of this research is to find and examine the solutions for institutionalizing Quran-based moral virtues in individuals and society. The findings of the research show that good deeds that a person considers as virtues, after being realized, have an effect on their principles and their repetition gradually develops appropriate spiritual and moral qualities in the human soul. Through these qualities, the soul becomes stronger and faith is also placed in a higher level in proportion to it. Again, this interaction and interaction between faith, action and qualities continues and faith gradually ascends to higher levels and ranks.
